Click "Register Your Lab", complete the registration form and choose a subscription plan. Your account is created immediately in a pending state and activated after payment verification or administrator approval.
You will receive a registration reference. Track progress any time from the "Check Status" page using your reference or registered email.
You choose a plan and pay via UPI or bank transfer. Submit the transaction reference (and optionally a payment proof) and our team verifies it. Once verified, your subscription becomes active.
Yes. Every laboratory is a separate company with its own users, records and settings. Data from one laboratory is never accessible to another.
Yes. Company administrators can create staff accounts and assign granular permissions. The number of staff accounts depends on your plan.
The platform follows a single-laboratory model per company account. If you operate multiple laboratories, register each as a separate company.
Any modern browser is enough. It runs on standard XAMPP (Apache, PHP and MySQL/MariaDB) environments.
