The rules for using RKV LabConnect.
By registering for and using RKV LabConnect you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrator and staff credentials and for all activity under your account.
Access to the software is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are activated after payment verification and remain active for the duration of the selected plan. Fees are payable in advance.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other companies' data, and to comply with all applicable regulations regarding patient data.
Each laboratory owns its data. The platform processes and stores it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter.
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect availability.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
